I just ordered a set of these and figured I'd pop on here to say thanks (we'll see how they look when they get here) and to mention that they were $4.00 off on Amazon just now as well incase anyone else is in the market.

There are YouTube’s of the install. The rubber boot is tight but with a little patience and work it’ll go on without any cutting and seal the light. Make sure you fully seat the bulbs... I didn’t at first and the beam looked like crap on one side until I looked through the lens and noticed.

it isn’t as good as TRDPros... but it’s a LOT cheaper and I’d say it’s 90% of them in any case. Let us know how it turns out, and good luck!

These boots sure are a PIA to get over the bulb. Good to know that it can be done without cutting. I've been at it for an hour and just about to break out the knife.

I have an 04 tundra and installed some LEDs on it. I know a common issue was trying to turn on the fog lights, but it would turn on the high beams instead. A lot of people bought a load resistor and placed it on the passenger side to fix the issue (H4-RL650-M: H4 Connection Load Resistor).
my question is, where is the best place to mount it and how? (Ie screw size, loctite glue? It’s all new to me.
