    The last two or three pages of my build have discussion on the tuner. The only way it could possibly void your warranty is if you had something wrong with your truck and they found out you had a tune on it. If you are still taking it in for regular service, you should uninstall the tune before you go in. If you Dont and they/toyota flash your ecu with the stock tune, you will have to pay bullydog for a new tune to install.
