Advice needed: removing bumper end caps....

    2019 Cement Tundra crew max TRD Off Road
    I just received color matched bumper end caps for my 2019 sr5 trd off road crewmax (has integrated parking sensors and fogs). I want to remove the chrome ones. My question is does anyone have an idea if I have to remove the whole bumper assembly in order to swap the end caps and reinstall the fogs and parking sensors? I won't be able to get to it until the weather turns but want to be prepared.....any videos would be helpful. If anyone has done a similar project, any tips / advice are greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
