I'm fairly certain they're all the same from 07-21. I did 2 things to make a pretty good guess that it would work.
    1. Press against the headliner in the center moving front to back and feel for a cross-brace. I felt one with mine and it lined up with the mounting point of the bigger console perfectly.
    2. Remove the original console and put your hand between the roof and headliner. If you feel the cross-brace and the location looks right, you're golden.

If you have any other questions, let me know.

On a serious note.. has anyone installed one of these with the rear lights in a crewmax?

I am curious how the two lights look in the center of the roof.

The plan was to find one with the rear facing lights, but they were all crazy expensive. So I settled on one without them.

Thanks for your post. My pass side dome switch was stuck on and i pulled the bulb so it wouldn't drain my battery.... for a permanent fix, I will try n replace my large overhead consoles black switch part inside the large assembly with that part from the small one. I think one of the copper contacts is bad and hope to switch it out.

Did anyone find a part number for these? The part number referenced earlier seems to be a screw?

I have a new one in the box in my garage. It is a different enough color that I am really hesitant to replace my 2018's. I also have kittens thinking about cutting the headliner.

Went back out to the pick and pull to grab the two extra screw retainers since I'm off on Mondays....cost me the $2 entry fee and they gave me the two fasteners for free, so, the cost of gas essentially.

A word of advice....dont accidentally cut the rear light wiring as it will blow the 7.5A fuse in the engine bay....I taped the cut wires up and tucked them away.

There are three sets of retainers, the middle ones can be removed easily...not the others. Found the screws I needed too, so that was cool.

This one was snapped before final tightening...and after replacing the fuse...

I swapped over the old LEDs I had installed, and everything is GTG.

Damn it. I forgot about this. Ugh I really need to do better about calling the local places and trying to get some parts. This would be super handy to have.

Fergie, do you have a gap behind the rear light? Someone posted earlier that the console is not long enough to cover the rear light area.

They are essentially the same with the difference being the double cab has the integrated rear facing lights. The Crewmax has a separate dome light, so they don't have lights in that spot.

If installing this in a 2.5 gen double cab, you need one with the rear light as it will utilize that instead? And am I correct it does not fully cover the hole in the headliner where the original ceiling light was?

As far as I know, that's the case. I have a CM, so not 100% sure. Maybe the DC owners can chime in.

@WFD473 can you take a picture for one of the rear doorways? Curious how this looks with the rest of the space. Also curious how close the rear portion is to the light in the crewmax incase I happened to find one with a light.

Man I love this console and I have it in my 2013. I may just buy a brand new one and add it to my 2021 but I need a professional installer. I am not good at these things :(

What is the exact part # for this console please?

Yes, there is a slight gap; maybe 1/4" from the end of the console to the leading edge of the headliner. That sort of thing doesnt bother me, but it would for some. I can snap a pic of it when I get home(drove the shitbox beater this AM as it gets 30mpg vs 10mpg).
