My 2013 tundra has satellite radio but not GPS. I can buy an oem gps/radio for this truck on ebay aa I'd like to add the gps to it. Would this be a plug and play to replace the regular radio with the gps version?

What radio was it your trying to put in there? However in the 2013 your satellite extension is behind the glove box. So as long as you make all the connections to the new radio you will be good.
