Accessing switches in center console

I need to get behind the lower console so that I can run the cord from my pioneer stereo through one of the blanked off switches.
Right now the cord runs into the glove box. Don’t like it there. I found three empty plugs underneath. Does anyone know what they are for? Also, does this smaller black piece just pop out?

 

Seat warmers and/or volume for rear entertainment system?

I could go look in my dc if you need the answer.

 

And yes, that black piece just pops out.

 

Thanx guys. I got the whole lower console out now. I ordered a mounted plug so I can plug my phone into the stereo, instead of that long wire that runs through the glove box.
