A build for speed and handling, I know it sounds crazy.

Nope, we made them from a kit. Very easy to do. Search Evil energy on Amazon, you can build a fuel system yourself.

My truck has a smooth ride for a lowered truck with low profile 22's.

This the one? Want to double check before I place the order. Anything else to consider while I'm at this?

    Edit:

Apparently Amazon says this link is a newer version of the same kit

That will work, you should need anything else. Look up Viktor G 1k HP fuel system. Shows you everything you need.

Did you do a return fuel line? I'm probably going to, just trying to think how much extra line I need for that. Guessing an additional 10ft would work

That should be fine, you may not need it, but it can't hurt. I didn't do a return line myself.

Drivability tuning is done, going to the Dyno tomorrow for WOT tuning. I switched the gauges to AEM, the Glow shift didn't work like I hoped.

Under WOT the number one cylinder injector started to cause a misfire, need to pull it out and see what's happening. I was surprised to see it made 450whp on 7 cylinders. IMG_20221207_190123.jpg

Question on your paint matched mirrors and door handles. Since you have the Platinum, do you also have the smart door handles? The set Sparks sells for mirrors and handles is like $350, but they don't work on smart handles.

They sent me a link that's just for the handles, and that kit is over $500! and the only difference is the front two handles. I may have to get the original kit and then figure something out for the front two handles.

All done, I decided to go with AEM, the Glow shift didn't work after installing them. Made 509 to the 22in wheels. PXL_20221221_152325989.jpg PXL_20221221_182611597.jpg PXL_20221221_182925389.jpg

I can honestly say the supercharger is much louder than before, with the PS intake. Driving along, I can make the air filter sing by just tapping the gas pedal.

I did some WOT pulls on the highway to see what kind of boost leaves I would hit with the 2.3 pulley, PS intake and RFC throttle body, I was getting 11.3 on my gauge.

How do you feel about these after having them a while? Would you buy them again if you had a do over?

They're closest style to what I'm looking for, but expensive

The shop that tuned the truck made this video of it, they could have cut out us talking so much, but it gives a better look at the truck.

After a few data runs, @snivilous could see that the truck was running lean and on the dyno tune was picking up knock on the top end. I have ordered the Prospeed fuel system, since I already have the 750 injectors from them and the 450 fuel pump, I think it will be needed. Hopefully this will help out.

Was your injector duty cycle maxed and it was still lean? Also wondering if you’re running the stock 43psi fuel pressure regulator and if you have it boost referenced. I may spring for a similar setup one day as far as 4.5” intake and RCF TB so just trying to get a better understanding.

I have the stock FPR and rails, not completely sure what the fuel pressure is. Having a bigger pump and injectors helped out well with the stock intake and TB, but now I need to add the bigger lines, rails and FPR for the RCF and PS intake.

The duty cycle isn't maxed out, I just can't get the truck to inject more fuel. I've tried nearly everything from using COTS to enrich it, to using injector multipliers, etc. and the thing just won't richen out. I literally have the PE and COTS maxed out and the truck says the commanded AFR is extremely rich but it'll just bounce between 11-13. I'm not sure what the deal is, seems like it's running out of pressure. Or maybe I just suck at tuning. His datalogs are very similar to e30cabro's though (where the truck says it wants rich and then runs away lean, though not as bad as e30s were originally), so hopefully getting a reading on fuel pressure will get some clarity why the truck isn't responding to fueling changes in the tune.

Could be worth a try running the FPR to boost reference to keep the pressure up when boosting. If it’s 43 at idle and he’s running 11psi the pressure could be dropping off to 32psi.

You do a great job, we will get this figured out. I will run the FPR to boost and set the pressure at 60psi.
