Do you have a side shot pic to show poke? Did you do CB shims in the rear?

Have had this setup for 3+ years and it is still going strong.
Wheels are 20x12 custom powder coated to match the bronze of the 1794 badging with black centers.

For those running the 6112 on the gen 2.5, I was planning to pair with the 5160 rears and UCAs with the factory 20" platinum wheels. I'm planning to keep the tires I've been running stock, which are 275/55/20, maybe larger if I can fit one in the spare well. Is there anything else I need? Bump stops? I read somewhere previously that I may need a different mount for the rear reservoirs to prevent the hose from rubbing, but have not seen it mentioned anywhere else. I just wanted to make sure I have everything before I bring it in for the install since I have to take the time off from work.

    Thank you

I used the Bilstein 5160 res mount for aesthetics but it worked perfect.I also kept stock bumps and worked fine. When you decide to get tires you could probably go 33". Check no issues. Maybe scour this site for tire size and 6112 settings.

Thanks for the info, seems like setting are all over the place and based on preference, I'm trying to avoid modifying the body or remove anything to fit the tires, so I may stick with the current size. If I went to 275/65R20, they'd be 34" and I don't think that will clear int he factory spare well under the bed.

I have read through this thread front to back and searched the entire forum and haven’t found any information on attempting to stuff 285/70r18 with the 6112s set at 1.3” in the front. Has anyone attempted this? I currently have 275/70r18 on stock suspension and 6112/5160 on the way.

Well, it took about the same time for the front shocks and upper control arms install as it did the rear 2" Coach Builder shackles.
Drilled them leaf bushings out and sawzall the sleeves after 6 hours of a rust wall haha :canada:
Two weekends all in while watching my 3 toddler boys in 98% humidity @ 104F. Water tables, kiddy pool, water guns, bikes and handing me tools I don't need and searching for the ones I did. :D

Night and day ride difference as everyone has mentioned. My 2021 feels great minus the rear stock off road shocks. My wife might kick me out if I pull the trigger on rear 5100s as I've talked up the air bags and running boards for awhile now haha, never mind thinking of selling 275s for 295/70r18!

Thanks all for the great info and a new hobby, cheers.

    275/70r18 Toyo AT3, 1.5" hub-centric spacers,
Bilstein 6112 @1.9", two .5"CB shims driver, one passenger,
2" CB Shackles, FLYCLE "cheap" upper control arms - Not bad!,
stock trd off road rear bilstein shocks
