I guess I got crazy lucky, local 4 Wheel Parts had 6112's in stock. 5160's and Bilstein UCA's took about 3 days to get from them, too.

I remember struggling a bit trying to get the sway bar back on. If I remember correctly, the truck should be lowered back down on all 4 tires to aid in reconnecting the links.

Can finally add my truck to this thread! 6112/5160 front and rear. 2 Coachbuilder shims on the drivers side and 1 on the passenger. I went with the icon rebound wheels in the titanium flavor. 295/70/18 Falken Wildpeaks. Very happy with the stance and overall look of the truck.

Thanks man! I have been trying all sorts of brands and varieties and this far decided that I like Sticks from all across the board. I’m trying to pinpoint the ones I like most.

After trying to dig through this thread I still can’t find what I’m looking for. I have a 2021 tundra with 6112 @1.9 up front and stock rear end with factory Bilsteins. I want to put bigger tires (height and width)on the factory 18” wheels. I can remove fender mud guard. Will 295/70/18 fit or would
    285x75x18 be better? Falken widepeaks

Both of those sizes will fit. I have a Pro which has about 2” lift up front from the factory. I put 295/70r18 on it and they fit just fine. Just remove the little from air dam from the bumper. There are more examples in here:

Finally got this stuff installed. Although going to have to go back for a check-up. Hit some speed bumps at around 15 mph, and there is some noise coming from the drivers side front. 2020 SR5 4wd.
    Here's the parts list-
    - Bilstein B8 UCA'S
    - 6112's at the 2.5 setting and 5160's
-Coachbuilder shims, two on drivers side, one on the passenger.
    -Readylift front differential drop.
    -Coachbuilder rear carrier bearing drop.
-Toytec Shackles at the 1.5 setting.
    - Nitto Ridge Grapplers 295/70/18.C0480F01-50FA-4F67-81E4-4F04FAF014B6.jpg2310E6DA-D1A2-4822-A783-E811213C37E7.jpgD48524F2-9327-47E4-A9DD-2B4425B24F90.jpg

Awesome looking truck! I assume those wheels are +25 offset? Do the tires stick out far enough that they are throwing rocks all over the truck or not so bad? I picked up some 325/65/18 and 18x9's with +25 backspacing so I assuming mine will stick out .5" or so further than yours

    Thank you.

So far nothing bad as far as throwing rocks up. They are a +25mm offset though. Nothing to complain about this far.

Got new tires this weekend. Falken Wildpeaks in 295/70r18. Truck has 6112 set at 2.5 with Toytec shackles in the rear on mid setting. No rubbing.

Looks great! What offset are those wheels you have? Looks like you get just the right amount of poke between those and the 295’s

Yep that looks right, you need two of those if your not going to reuse the factory hardware. I had a tire shop assemble the struts/coils for me for $40 and just installed them myself.

I have one and use it for lighter duty vehicles but I don’t fully trust it with the heavier duty springs. I had the shop set my 6112 at 1.9” and then used 1/2” spacers to adjust my lift so that I could easily add or remove lift at any time without having to disassemble the coilover. Started at 1.9 + two spacers=2.9 and I’m down to just 1.9 and one spacer DS for lean.

Did you experience any settling at all with that setup? Did you go down due to ride issues?

Honestly it rode perfectly good and pretty much the same as it does at the lower height. Mostly I was trying to fit the truck into the garage with the RTT on it but that still didn’t work. 1.9” is More than enough clearance for my 34x12 tires

I really wanna do 35s on a +25 offset but i dont want to deal with alot of modifications at 1.9. Trying to avoid UCA. I am pretty set now on 295/70 STT Pros.

I'm wondering if anyone with full armor has noticed settling or lower lift than advertised?
I got RCI front and gas tank skids, lower A arm skids, valhalla sheild in the mid section, and cali raised rock sliders. Lots of added weight.

I dont want to install them twice though lol. I already have the armor on. Maybe ill just add a 1/8" shim for slight bump in height to compensate.
