Awesome! Love how it sits. I'm looking to go the same direction.

Do the Toytec shackles require you to replace the leaf spring bushings like the coachbuilder?

Thanks! Toytec usually does recommend changing them but my truck only had 7k miles on it when I installed the kit so I didn't have to.

6112's @ 1.9" setting with 1 CB shim on driver side and 5160's with CB +2 shackles in the rear. Stock wheels and tires for now...

Did you do the plus two on the rear to maintain factory rack? Wheels and tires coming, if so what combo. Looking good!

Yes it was to keep the factory rake and I personally like that look. I had seen other pics of trucks with the +1 and could barely tell they had any lift in the rear. Plus the price difference is $10 and honestly couldn't justify spending that kind of money for only .625" of lift.

Waiting to do wheels and tires until the stock Michelin's wear out. But pretty dead set on SCS SR8's with 275/70/18 tires.

If I did 1.9 with no rear lift what kind of offset would I need to run 33x12.50r18? I'm on stock suspension and TRD OR wheels running 275/70r18 which a 33.19 and 10.98 and no issues with rub. Or would I need to go to the 2.5 setting? If so I'd probably need an inch in the rear to make it look better.

I might have done some funny math here fellas. Looks like Boss is atleast 1k for this combo. I didn't realize I had only counted one rear shock.

When you guys are saying "drives so much better than stock". What do you mean? Does this setup add more flex like a Fox setup from a TRD PRO? Is it as smooth or as good as a TRD PRO setup?

Wanting the Black Rhino Roku in 17x9.5 with a +12 Offset. In bronze because that color looks sweet with white. Also just ordered the 6112/5160 @ 1.9" Setting. Everything I have read leads me to believe a 285/75r17 Nitto Ridge Grappler will look friggin sweet. Also consider a little smaller or maybe a 295/70. Just havent seen this wheel/tire combo much on here. Curious if I will have any serious rub with the tire and offset, also if the 9.5" wheel is too wide. Any help is much appreciated!

It’s a better riding suspension. More compliant. More controlled. More dampening. Potholes don’t rattle your teeth out. Daily driving is much more comfortable.

Im considering this same size wheel/tire combo with a 18" +12 wheel and the 6112 set at 1.9 with one drivers side shim. Im sure ill have some trimming. Did you have any contact with the mid flap ??

I can’t find any information that the AT3 XLT was available in that size. Are you sure they are not 275/70r18 or 285/75r18?

Oem tonneau, side steps, spray in liner. Trd skidplate.
Bilstein supplys 2 thick washers [1 per side) foe the rear [?] Bumpstop to be used with the top setting, other than that good to go.

    This looks great!

Just ordered same tires. I plan on doing 6112s and the 2.5" setting (+1 CB shim on the DS) and 1" shackle on the back.

Anything you would've done different this build?

Nope. I was torn between getting 295/70/18 or 285/70/18. If I had gone with 295’s they recommend wheel spacers and I didn’t want those so I went with the 285’s. Very happy with this setup. It drives great! You won’t be disappointed.

They fit, but I was told if your tire pressure gets low it will start rubbing pretty quickly. Either way, I’m happy with the 285’s.
