Have your alignment sheet? You should be around .1 to 0 on camber and .07 on toe. If they set your toe higher than .1 per side that is why you’re getting outer wear on your tires.

That's good to know. Now I just need to find a shop that actually cares and will properly align it.

I have the same setup and it took twice to get it dialed in from the suspension settling. I brought it to a legit chassis and suspension shop that doesn’t even go off “the spec”. They just know how to do a proper alignment haha. But the toe on these trucks is often set too high and this is why you’ll see a lot of tundras with outer wear issues.

6112 highest setting with 2 shims on driver side and one on passenger side. Haven't installed shackles yet. But I will soon.

One note to those of you with year model 18, there is a recall on the TSS sensor. Toyota won't fix it if the truck is lifted. Get it fix before installing your suspension. 20190623_172910.jpg
The only rubbing I had with 295/70/18 was on the skid plate. Easy fix. Stock rims

Not true. Depends on the dealership. Mine sells lifted and leveled Tundras and even admitted to me they have Seen quite a bit of issues with the sensors and gave me not a drop of hassle about my truck being lifted

Yea my fronts wear a little more on the outer edge. I chalked the tires to see if that would help. I may take it to a tire shop again to check if I have a bad tire. Alignment supposedly is good.

I’m willing to bet your toe is too high. Have to Bring in toe on these trucks, especially after lifting and with bigger tires.

Does anyone have some good #'s to aim for based on past experiences with a leveling kit?

What is the going rate for a set of 6112's for the front and a set of 5160's for the rear. Just the hardware not installation.

If you get the 6112s preassembled, 6112/5160 typically run $1,000-$1,100.

$911.99 is the best I see for the pair, with the 6112s assembled.

On Black Friday I got an unassembled set for like $550. Then paid a local shop about $200 to assemble and install

Also went with the differential drop kit in the front for cheap insurance.

Love the stance and the ride. I have no regrets about the upgrade. Ride is good and smooth.

That’s ground to fender gains or just on coil over?

On the second from top setting I measured 1.9in gain from the top of my tire to wheel well. So I believe for your question - that would be ground to fender gains.
