Do you have any more pics? Also, what tire size are you running?

stock size tires! fast and look good, but I'm contemplating going up to 275/70 bc I have no self control.

Nice - I am going with the same setup except I have 5160s and CB +2's for the rear. Stock tires for now, but plan to move up to 275/70 once the Michelin's wear out.

My setup is identical to your but I went up to 285/70. I’m very happy with tires and the suspension. 8F46D12E-BBD6-4470-BC90-435513C8C071.jpg

The shop that installed everything said they had to trim the skid plate a little. Still need to crawl under there and see what “a little” really means. I’ll try to take a pic if I can.

Thanks! stock wheels are the best wheels. Fit nice and tight, and look so great on a plus size tire.

Here are pics of the skid plate. Looks like they just cut the corner off. Also got some pics of the wheels at full lock (didn’t have anyone to hold the wheel so may not be 100%lock)D184DBE3-B669-4C21-8510-0539BEF9CC59.jpg 43D6FC56-2F26-4AD3-8C28-2CDF95BEAF38.jpg

Where did you get ToyTec +2 shackles? Toytec site only has one adjustable set for 1in or 1.5in.

Sorry they must be 1.5” then.

I bought them a couple years ago during a group buy on another forum and could have sworn they were 2”. But if they never made them then they must be 1.5”

    I will edit my post

So I want the 6112-5160 combo but I notice everyone on this thread is adding shackles... would I be needing shackles as well? If so how many inches of shackles should I get?..... i want my truck to be leveled out even.

I have the 6112/5160 combo and adding shackles gives you lift in the back because the 5160s do not lift the rear at all.

I have the 6112s at the top setting and 1.5” toytec shackles and love the look

I got the suspension from a local shop and had them do the suspension install as they did the wheel and tire setup and install.

I got my shackles from a group but on another forum about 2 years ago

@Jwood562 adding shackles instead of a block is it better? So with 1.5 shackles level your truck. Thanks for the info

Also if I tow a lot would it be better just to add leaf spring rather then shackles? Or I have to add both? Sorry for all the questions guys.

I’m not sure if shackles are “better” than blocks. I’m pretty new to the truck suspension game so I will let others answer that question.

I love how my truck rides on my set up.

I post pics on the previous page to show how much lift I got on my 6112s and toytech shackles

You have any issues with balancing that set up? I ask because I have them same wheels and tires and It took quite a bit to balance and its still not perfect.
