You will be just fine. Just take your time and double check your steps.
It will make huge difference , I am seeing 25 degrees difference in temp towing a bigger trailer ( new trailer heavier then the one I used to have )
I attached a sample log from my last weekend towing so you can see what to expect .

Hoping my order will get delivered in time for me to install it before the '19 takes a trip to Reno with the Airstream behind it.

Mine just shipped today, very excited. Watched the install video as well as printed out the instructions. What Im not excited about is getting a broken pan bolt out. I thought I was being smart by removing each pan bolt one by one and cleaning and putting them back in to help prevent them snapping in the future if I ever want to remove the pan. Got to the last one and it snapped.
I use OBDlink MX+ and their app. Works very well.

I should have watched the instruction video before asking, it's like the first thing lol. Very thankful for the step by step vid! Especially after having completed a long arm coilover conversion kit on my JK that had about the worst instructions I've ever had to try and follow lol. My trans cooler kit arrives tomorrow, looking forward to getting it installed! Will be the first mod I've done to the thing (not counting window tint)

Just installed the 20 row kit on my folks 2019. Install was easy and everything looks great.
If you are in the fence about adding one, kick your other leg over and get it. Hardest part for me was dealing with my bottle pump because the cheap barb end slipped out, the kit itself is easy enough that even a Ford tech could install it without too much headache.

I’m glad I put mine in. The temperature difference is drastic. Long drives while pulling the trailer will be more relaxing as I won’t have my eyes constantly monitoring the temps.

I got my Setrab 20 installed today as well. Nick really is awesome and provides great customer service. I only had time to go for a short 20 mile drive to test it out and can already see the difference. Highest temp was 190 and it actually came back down to 184 from there. Before you never seen the temps come back down, only went up. I'll post some more results when I'm able to give it a better test. Oh and no need to flip the bolt on the top corner with the 20-row. Also don't take the advice that one guy gave about installing the hoses onto the hard lines first, that was a mistake and only makes the install harder. A qtip with atf and the hoses slide right on with out too much effort.

And for those who listen to Toyota "Techs", the trans fluid on the left was judged to be cherry with no signs of discoloration when the '19 was taken to the dealer after a trans overheat warning while towing less than 500 miles ago.
If you experienced a trans overheat warning prior to installing this kit, take the time to do a spill and fill while you are down there.

I love shiny new aluminum parts....

Edit: 7/31 had my father take the truck out on the highway to get it up to temp and do a few hard accelerations and then set cruise going up hill. He said temp in the pan got up to 189.5* but no higher. I'll update again when they get me their temps while towing.

Edit: 8/1, folks were driving up a 6% grade for 6 miles topped out at about 4300ft.
Trailer- 25ft airstream with a total weight at just shy of 7k.

    Speed- 41.6mph
    RPM- 2798.3
    Ambient temp- 86*
    Engine temp- 199.4*
    Pan temp- 200.8*
    TC temp- 226.6*

I'm happy with those number as the last time they did it with the exact same setup and supplies, they got a transmission overheat warning when it was only 93* ambient temp.

Installed my 15 row Setrab kit last night. By far the hardest and longest part was dealing with the cat and skid plates.

Just a few more pics of my install. Very happy with the end result, I was very OCD about the hoses and think I got them perfect.(after screwing up and cutting one too short and needing a new one) neither of them touch anything or each other besides the grommets and still have some slack.

Are any of the 2019+ kits available as cooler and mounting bracket only?

This was exactly my experience as well (skid plate, anyway. I don't have a cat shield). My truck came with the TRD skid plate and it's a very heavy beast to manage yourself. Taking it off and putting it back on easily added well over an hour to my install. It was totally worth it, though.

I think I remember that being an option in the past. I don’t see it on the site now though.

I’d send an email and ask. When I contacted Nick I got a response pretty quickly.

Just reporting back some temps with the setrab 20. We had a real hot stretch here in Boston so I decided to see what would happen if I pinned the thermostat. With the outside temp close to 100° the pan temp reached 181° at the highest and then would drop down to about 176°. This was all not while towing but I was just curious to see how well the cooler could hand high outdoor temps which since the thermostat doesnt normally open til 180° I think its safe to say it performs extremely well. I don't think I'd ever bother pinning it open since it keeps the pan temp at about 185° unpinned anyways.

Does anyone happen to have a pdf copy of the MHX-514 instructions? Can't seem to find mine, not seeing it on the website.

Well, thanks to @Joe333x @Genuine Cooling Systems and Amazon Prime overnight for the step bit, I got it did yesterday. Overall, the install wasn't too bad. I think installing the bolts on the hard lines was the most difficult part due to access. I need to invest in a few more small ratcheting wrenches and such. Those bolts ended up being 13mm, and i didnt have quite the righr combo in 13mm. The advice to use a heat gun on the rubber lines was great. Made that part quite easy. Sure would have been a hell of a lot easier if they had installed the trans cooler while they were building the truck -__-

Also got my bumper shims installed, which had been sitting in the same to-do pile on my work bench.

That's awesome! You held onto the MHX-514 kit for quite a while but it is a very high quality cooler and you won't be disappointed in its performance.

Hmm.... @Genuine Cooling Systems is that something that's supposed to be included? In my pic is everything that came in the kit. It may be under wraps still. I need to print out the instructions and go through everything tomorrow

A pump is not included with the kit. You will need something like this, this is the one I use. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07DTS8N7P

Some people use a tube and funnel method and fish it down from the engine bay.

Ooooooo that kind of pump! I think I have something in storage, if not a trip or three to the auto parts store will be in order as usual

Whatever this forum told me to do
when your done...don't leave the pump in the garage attic, with the top closed tight, above your cars. because the heat will squish out whatever fluid you left in there and drip all over you stuff.

    hypothetically speaking....
