Am thinking about 4.88’s and an Auburn Pro some time down the road as well. I’m running the same size as you.

Remember rule of thumb, calculate which gears bring it back to stock, then go the next step more aggressive to make up for the weight of the new wheel/tire combo.

Otherwise you’re paying a bunch of money to almost make your truck like stock instead of bringing it back to stock.

Slightly steeper won’t affect mpg negatively. It makes it better.

Did anyone get in contact with Motive directly to confirm the dates?

I got the following from Motive:

    We are planning a 5.29 for ’07-’17 Tundra rear w/ 5.7L

Part# T10.5-529 Current Date 4-4-2018 No pricing as of this time.

Nothing for the front? I also asked them about an LSD that someone had mentioned. They didn't comment on that either.

I just heard back from Motive. They're working on the front but it won't be ready until end of this year or early 2019. So it looks like the 5.29 gears will only be for pre-runners in the meantime.

Guess it looks like I'll be going with 4.88's then, not gonna wait that long or potentially longer.

Got email back from Motive a couple weeks ago and they said it would be June before they have the 5.29 gear. Asked about the front and have not heard back from them

They pushed it back again I guess? They told me April 4th the rear 5.29 would be available for purchase. I don't see anything on the site yet. They also told me in the same email that the front 5.29 wouldn't be out until 2019.
