    Still rolling stock baby....
Eggs are great but you are paying a premium for a name IMO. This year kamado joe has a new vent stack that is covered so you can do a cook in the rain without water getting into the vent, also a new gasket that looks promising vs the old style felt gasket. and its half the cost of a egg. Sams has them for $600, take the other $600 and pick up a couple salad days ARs...oh ya

I dont have one but I know somebody that does and they live/die by it... If my WSM ever bites the bullet my next one will either be the BGE or the Kamodo Joe... both are ceramic

Two packages of chicken wings on a 24 hour Jamaican Jerk marinade, time to put a glaze on, let them sit for 30 min and take them to the neighborhood block party!

I do some type of variation of the receipt below.

For the marinade, I mix the rub with apple juice concentrate, pineapple juice concentrate, and a lot of garlic.

For the glaze, I mix the rub with a small amount of apple/pinhole juice, molasses or brown sugar, and a bit of corn starch if needed to thicken it up a bit, and bring it to a boil.

    Jamaican Jerk Ingredients:
    • 1½ tablespoon onion powder
    • 1½ tablespoon garlic powder
    • 1 tablespoon ground ginger
    • 2 tablespoons dried green onion flakes if you can find them
    • 1 tablespoon dried thyme
    • 1 teaspoon black pepper
    • ½ tablespoon cinnamon
    • 1 tablespoon all spice
    • 1 tablespoon paprika
    • ½ tablespoon nutmeg
    • 2 -3 tablespoons brown sugar
    • ½ - 1 tablespoon vegetable, chicken, Maggie powder (bouillon) adjust to suit taste buds
    • 1 tablespoon or more of cayenne pepper - adjust to suit taste buds
    Enjoy!
