4Lo, VSC, Tractin Control and Check Engibe light all on. 4Lo blinking.

Seemed like transmission was shifting hard from 3rd to 4th and from 5th to 6th, kind of a thump. Took it to my cousin who is a Toyota mechanic and he looked at codes, and there were none. Two days later turning a corner, hit the gas and the dash lit up. Took it up to auto store and had the codes read: P2714 and P0756. One was for a torque converter and the other was Shift Solenoid B. I dont have tons of money to throw at the truck and most things point to the transmission which surprises me. Any help fellas???
