Thanks for the follow-up ... That tray is worse than useless because, being a tray, it encourages people to put stuff in it that inevitably ends up on the rear seat floor, possibly causing driver distraction. Anyway, not sure how much you paid but, at $37 that lid on Amazon seems way over-priced for what it is. I'm going to hold off for now, and maybe fill that tray with cement. ;)

Yes, I saw that one for $30 earlier ... The number of 1 & 2 star reviews comprises 35% of the reviews. Obviously not a good product.

All the same product coming from China I’m sure. In fact I ordered mine via Ali express last spring for less $$$ than on Amazon. Seems to
Have gone up in price there since then.

I’d recommend finding something from Crutchfield rather than trying to retrofit the latest factory entertainment/multimedia console. I am sure most of the big brands like pioneer, alpine, kenwood and aftermarket kits have solutions that would fit your 2008.

Could not imagine the amount of retrofitting you’d have to do to get this to work. IMO not worth.

I agree ... While with enough time, effort, and money you can make most anything work but, in this case, it would not be worth it. None of the vehicle controls/settings would work, so why do it vs. going with an after-market system that's designed to fit the 2008 Tundra.

Anyone find any good seat covers yet? I mainly need the back seat where the little one rides.

Nice! They have been on my upgrade list. Good price point too. Also looking the White Knuckles and Westcott.
    RCI has the best price

I'm new here, but I've run headwaters seat covers in all my trucks since 2011. Just peeled the ones off my old ram, and the seats were perfect with 3 kids under 10 and two dogs constantly in there. Waiting for my new order of headwaters to ship now for the Tundra.

Did my backs only as well. Fit is perfect. All black of course. I posted about my dog set up but you can see the covers are on the seats in the photos.

I bought a set and totally dig them. They are not 48” between, but they are flush. It would be cool if they were anodized black but I’m not worried about that. My f250 buddy is jealous of them.

Wet okole seat covers came. This is my second set, had the exact same design and cooor in the 3rd gen taco. I beat the holy shit out of then and they lasted . In fact, when I sold the taco to get into the tundy I removed the wet okole seat covers and everything was like new the day I bought it!

Talon, wondering what skid with a icon sway bar drop? It seems less than the TRD sway drop. Don’t like the idea of spacers but I guess I’ll settle if I need to have spacers.

also are you working on a fuel skid plate?

That is a hard question. The OG skid was designed around a 3" RC lift with a sway bar drop. The TRD 3" skid seems to be the most.

Could you get a few pictures of the icon sway bar drop brackets with a tape measure against them? PM them to me and I can look at the scans.

Probably not. I have debating making a set but I think it is far better to source the OEM Toyota ones.
