3" height difference between left and right side

I just bought a 2007 Tundra TRD. I got home and was looking at it and realized something was off. If I measure from the top of the wheel to the edge of the wheel well its nearly a 3" difference between the two sides. It was involved in an accident in the past, don't know how serious or to many details but I cant see to much damage. The side of the accident is actually the side that matches closely to the front wheels. Its the opposite side that is so much higher. I don't know if its a shock issue, leaf spring or a bushing issue?????? I drove it about 60 miles and it was fine although there was a rumbling noise with no vibration in steering wheel at about 45 MPH. Any help would be amazing.

 

Don't know where you live but an off road store can get you some ideas of what it is and how to make it right. Might not be anything suspension related but it sounds like it to me
