Hey guys and girls I just got me a 2008 tundra crew max. I'm going too put on the 3/1 leveling kit on the truck. I'm running on the stock 17in RW rims. What is the biggest tire I can put on these rims without rubbing and will look good on the lift thx.

295’s seem to a good size for our trucks on a 3/1. I call mine “skinny 35’s.” You’ll likely need 1.25” wheel spacers @Bluestreaker34

I opted out of the wheel spacers ...wanted to keep em inside the wheel well as much as possible to prevent road rash.....I like the look of the tire out A little....just skipped it on this truck

I just pulled the trigger on Cooper AT3's in the 305/55r30 size, and ordered a pair of Bilstein 5100 adjustables for the front. Going to set them on the middle setting, so it won't be a true 3/1 level, but it should give me sufficient clearance for the larger stock tire size.

I have a similar truck with the same wheels, what about 285/75/17? taller but no wider than stock.
