I have a 2007 2 gen trd. I need new tires (currently 275-65-18) so I've decided to go with a 3-1 leveling procomp kit. I want to keep my stock trd 18 inch aluminum rims and am looking for the best tire size to fill up the wheel well with out having to cut the plastics or engine skid plate if possible. Now I know there are a thousand post similar to this, but who ever has installed the 3/1 and kept the stock trd wheels let me know what kind of success or failure with tires and sizes please!

Welcome bud. Just need to stay away from the UCAs or get some wheel spacers

I think 34's and above look best on a 3/1

I have 275/79's and feel they look too small. If I had a 2.5 level, that opinion would probably change.

Agreed. Though 285/70-18's and 305/65-18's do look good as well if you want a tire in the 33" range.
