I was told it was being delayed again due to being short staffed. Im trying to be polite and patient...2 things I'm terrible at. My saving grace is Im so busy at work 200 miles from home. I couldn't even install it if it was delivered...

 

Yep. @nb_nielsen I saw your sweet tundra on their Facebook page a couple days ago haha. Seems like they’re posting almost daily. Probably explains why we’re getting ghosted.

 

Ah okay. Just wanted to make sure I wasn’t alone lol. Looks like we’re the last two waiting.

 

Update for anyone else with their bumpers?
I sent reszfab a message on Instagram about us getting our 5% back to us that they owe us and have heard crickets...

 

I just sent an email about and hour ago trying to get a status update. Its been exactly a month since I was told it was being delayed again. Im hoping to hear something tomorrow.

 

Same as BigSkyTaco. No updates and no bumper. Nothing much we can do at this point lol.

 

Ugh this sucks.

I love my bumper and get tons of compliments but the way this has unfolded kills me.

some guys with out bumpers, the fitment issues across the board and the 5% rebate incentive.

yet they find time to update their IG very often but phone calls, emails, DMs get ignored.

frustrating to say the least

 

EXACTLY how I'm feeling about this whole situation. They can post about their products and that they are looking to hire another welder but cannot respond to a customer about an incentive that THEY promised....

 

You guys should google "Reszfab issues".

Also looks like RESZFab has issues dating back years. I’m seeing complaints on 4Runner and FJcruiser forums.

 

My update this morning was basically cookie cutter from the previous ones.

Delayed a few weeks before it even makes it to powder coating...which leads me to believe it has not even been made yet.

I dont even want a refund, as I would rather have the bumper. Guess I will just continue to wait.

Well a month ago I was told it was going to powder coating and then shipping out the following week. Which leads me to believe its not even made at this point...

 

The IG posts about prototype bumpers is ridiculous at this point...i was half temped to order the sliders if they ever offered the free shipping again. Thats a big fucking nope at this point.

 

I am now turning a bit spiteful at this point, I’m not a big social media guy but I am tempted to start putting them out there and tagging them on various posts about their shenanigans here and other places.

if I could keep one person from giving them more money then it will all be worth it

But in all seriousness, we really dont know his back log. And im trying not to fault anyone thats making a great product and running their own business, but the obvious scheduling problems will tend to annoy anyone who has some cash in the game.

Ive completely written off the 5%...dont care. I just want the bumper, so my wife will quit say "Great looking bumper" everytime she rides in my truck....

I have written off that 5% too, but just a horrible way to do business. Got us excited with rebates and quoted wait times and folded on both

 

I have messaged them multiple times for our 5% back and all I get in return is crickets.... sucks because I really do love my bumper. It seems like it's hard to find shops that actually know what customer service nowadays

 

From what I have seen on Facebook and other social media platforms, this is one of the only ways to get a response from ReszFab. I've seen this play out so many times.

I think it’s likely they offered the original discunt when business was suffering from covid. Now that it’s getting back to normal they are welding higher margin business instead. They should be called out.

 

Also the price of steel is bonkers...so they probably didnt stock up on plate, when we actually did order them...

And no...no bumpers. The prototype posts are fucking annoying at this point...

 

Yup totally, have time to make prototype rear swing out bumpers and prototype long travel kits but can't even complete bumpers that were placed in November of 2020.......

 

Finally got a shipping notification today, looks like estimated delivery date is June 11th. @BigSkyTaco did you get anything boss?

No worries...I have to leave for work for 2.5-3 weeks, so Im glad your getting yours. Mine would just sit there, waiting to be put on.
