    Ugh!

it has fitment issues. Mounting holes are 1/16” off. So I’m opening the holes 1/32” on each side to try and make it fit as even as possible.

stay tuned. I’m in right now. I’m not sure it that’s a powder coating thickness issue

acutally looks more than a 1/16”. Not happy

Almost there. Opening the holes a little at a time with a die grinder. I do not have good carbide bits so blowing through harbor freight ones

this is messed up. With the delay already and first shipment not being checked for accuracy is not acceptable. Sorry you’re dealing with this. Are you reaching out to him?

I’m going to. But you already know how hard it is to get a response.

I’m taking pictures and documenting things.

he still hasn’t relied about the 5% back we are supposed to get

@RESZfab maybe a credit card charge back will get his attention

I’ve had some concern over ever getting the bumper and was looking into the charge back process. Unfortunately a lot of credit companies have a 60 day max on disputes.

Found another small clearance issue with the hard AC line in the front near the driver side mounting point

I would make the argument that the 60 day period should begin when the item is received

I think you’d have a case. Especially since the order hasn’t been properly completed. Hopefully mike can make this right.

Another clearance issue. Not sure if it’s an oil cooler or trans cooler. Small two finned cool front of the radiator

I was only able to get one bolt for the trans cooler back I hopefully that’s enough. Took some creative work but got it in

passenger side. here. There is a 12mm bolt behind this holding it to the radiator support. The bumper pushed it back. So I unbolted both bolts. Which allowed the bumper to be installed. Got the driver side support bolt back in.

    Taking a break.

need some longer bolts and spacers for RCI skid plate to work

I also keep blowing my fog lights fuse when I plug in the passenger side fog....

    I need a beer lol

Well your getting there! The fogs light fuse is odd. I have LEDs in the stock housings without 1 problem...so just changing to another 12v light seems like it should be seemless.

Double check polarity or a wire scraped and grounding out?

Thanks! It was a grind.....literally lol!

down hill from here. But needed a break.

the fogs are confusing. I had squadron sae in there so it must be a polarity issue

Yeah just double check the wires and swap the pins really quick. Might be a simple fix....or drive you insane for the next week!

Well all done. It’s a wrap. Got it all installed looks clean and great.

my custom two piece sequoia bumper idea worked and closed the gap between the grill also.

I will post better photos tomorrow in day light as well as work on a install guide/review.

I wonder if all tundras didn’t come with a transcooler, that seems like a big oversight by reszfab

Thats awesome...sounds like a whole day event. Was the fog light fix something simple? Do you think an extra or larger spacer would be the ticket for all of these?

    Looking forward to pics.

so an extra spacer would solve the problem, but I would be concerned with the amount of threads left for the bumper to grab on to.

As far as the fogs I’m not sure. I only had one fuse left so I just used a baja designs splitter since it was only the passenger side blowing the fuse. I just used a splitter from the driver side.

One thing about my install and initial drive right now. My fogs are useless the way I installed them, they are 45 degree ditch lights

Yeah...after seeing your pic. There really isnt room for another set a shims. Maybe a small set of 1/8" shims, but that looks like it might be pushing it.
