2nd Gen Front Offroad Bumper Options

Nice!! Go for it. I can't see any reason not to but maybe attachment points are an issue.
EDIT: IronBison website only list 3 bumpers - 2 Ford, 1 Dodge. Is this even made anymore?

 

They still make it for the Tundra. The one I was looking at sold on marketplace by the time I woke up. Listed for half the price of new. Oh well.
The manufacturer responded quickly and said it would not affect airbag performance. So I know that now. Maybe that speaks to the quality of customer service. Seems like a decent bumper especially at the $499 price tag. Might jump on it later in the season. If I do, I’ll post the process.

If I'd seen that one before I bought the Coastal Offroad bumper I'd have chosen that one.

 

Thanks for the detailed write-up on your set-up. I, too, purchased the Demello winch bumper and like you had settled on the Warn Zeon 10S winch until I came across your post and glad I hadn't purchased the winch yet. After I read your post, I measured the width of clearance the Demello offers and like you realized, the Zeon 10S is too wide (or long) to fit and requires grinding of the bumper a bit, which I don't want to do. Looks like Warn offers some other models that are a bit lower profile and not as wide/long that should fit so now I'm going with the M8000. I'm giving up 2K lbs. of pulling but that's OK. I appreciate you providing your experience with this ...you saved me the headache of realizing the winch won't fit and trying to return it. As for the BD fog lights, I see what you're saying about the mount location positioned too far back. I haven't purchased the lights yet but wondered if you came across any other brands that offer a mount bracket that will get the lights to sit up closer to the cut-out in the bumper? The BD office/headquarters is maybe 6-7 miles from where I live so I had planned to drive over there and buy the Squadrons but now am rethinking that if I can't get them to sit closer to the circle cut-outs.

I never quite summed up (yet) and no, still sitting on the box of fog-lights in my entry way needing to disassemble the bumper plastics again to engineer a mounting for them.
You'd think for the money, the MFG's would work more closely together on design and fit/finish before recommending another's product.
(I've thought about shopping for fogs at Harbor Freight, where I might find something better)

NOTE:
If yours is a Limited Tundra, with the plastic bumper -- leave off the factory metal support-strip under the top edge: The little 10mm screws bump & rub on the pretty Demello powder coat.
Also, if you see other pics of my Tundra around, you might note the lower/outer edges of bumper and Demello don't quite line up:
The plate has straight edges while the bumper is curved. I've thought about trying to pull the bumper out to match up and pin it there somehow, although that may stress the rubber in a way I don't want.
Bit of an eye sore and it bugs me. The Demello plate was surely fabricated for SR5 (metal), not Limited (rubber).

All considered, I'd do it again. Stealth look with proper function... I like it way more than any gawdy off-road offering.

 

Old truck, but do you remember what fender flares were on that?

Yep. I feel ya there, I don't see them very often on the road or otherwise. I can never really decide if I like them or not, lol

 

Bushwhacker no-drill, no rivets. Long story, these were bought on Amazon for a steal. Apparently mis-labled/inventory but unpainted. Except I got 2 Left Rear instead of a L/R pair. Which the painter failed to mention, and painted them. So I ended up paying for a 2nd paint job on the proper ones, which I had done by a different shop.
