I’m looking for as close to a plug and play amp setup to get back my stock speakers.

I bought my 2012 crew max platinum with JBL but the head unit has already been replaced with an after market cheap unit. I am not a big audiofile but having just the front door speakers working really sounds like crap.

I have heard theres issues with after market head units not communicating with the factory amp and this is why the rest of the speakers dont work.

What’s the easiest and cheapest way to get my factory speakers back.
