3-2 level kit is all that I have done on it so far.
    Hey guys,

New to my Tundra and putting some new wheels and tires on. I have a 3-1 level on it and I am looking to get a set of 295/70/18's in the near future. I just wanted ask what all I will need to trim and if I will need spacers to pull it off.

    Thank you!

3/1 "level" with 295/70r18. Wheel offset is +25 versus the stock ~60. Or roughly the equivalent of stock + 1.25" spacers.

Removed front mudflap. I had to trim the skid plate and tuck some plastic, but that might be partially related to camburg ucas. All minor stuff though. You can easily go 35s.

You’ll probably def need to trim skid plate and maybe remove front mud flaps. All depends on your offset too

I'd think that size on stock wheels would have ya rubbing the UCA, but if you get aftermarket wheels with less offset, the trimming will likely be minimal. Probably just a lil off the front bumper and take off the mudflaps.

Thanks guys, I am getting wheels at the same time and leaning towards vision rockers for the wheels and cooper discoverer stt pro's for the tires. I figured I would have to remove the front flaps and cut some but that's not a huge deal either. Thanks for the pics. This forum is really helpful.

I have the same as what you are planning. You will have to trim a little off the skid and heat up the plastic in front of your tires and remold to prevent rubbing. I do not have spacers and I have a 3/1 leveling kit. I had already removed the mud flaps so unsure if you HAVE to removed them but I would assume.....

Ok, guys I got the wheel and tire setup mentioned above and I removed the both front mud flaps on both front tires. On turns I am still rubbing where the back flap was that I already took off. It's not as bad as when the flaps were on but still very noticeable. The wheels are 18x9 Vision Rockers. The tires are cooper STT pro's 295/70/18/
    Spacers needed?

I also have 295/70R18 offset +25 and running stt Pro. I’m currently rubbing my body mount just a hair when I’m on full lock reverse.
