Some grind off a little material. Guess as long as you keep it minimal, don't create sharp angles, and of course keep the parent material cool, maybe it would ride. Sway bar drop spacer might also change the location relative to the tire arc just enough to clear. Used sway bars are also cheap because people upgrade or toss, so any experiment is relatively cheap.

Magnuson Supercharger, TRD Goodies (Pro Suspension, Pro Grille, Exhaust, CAI, Rear Sway Bar, Oil Cap). Weather Tech Floormats, BakFlip MX4, Spray In Bedliner, AMP Research Bed Extender and Bed Step, Side Steps, B&W Adjustable Drop Hitch, AJT Designs Battery Hold Down, SDHQ Sliders.
I had similar rubbing with stock TRD OR wheels and 295/70/18's. I added SpiderTrax 1.25" spacers which eliminated my rub on the swaybar and upper control arms (Camburg) until I replaced the rims with some Methods +25 offset.
