I’d look into the CB bumper shims or aftermarket bumper. Also depends on the tire… I’ve seen some in here run duratracs in this size with no spacers or trimming

Already running the CB bumper shims. Plus everything was pushed forward a solid inch by relocating the holes. Still get a slight rub when backing up. Hoping going from 35's on 0 offset 17's to plus 18 offset 18's with 285/75/18's solves that!

What are you looking for measurements, front of wheel well to back?

If you run stock offset and skinny 35s, even on Pro suspension = no cut/massage, just remove front mud flaps.

If you run 1.25" spacers, and skinny 35s, with whatever suspension, specially extra caster = use coachbuilder bumper shims, you need to heat up the front bumper shield using heat gun then massage a bit, but you don't need to cut.

I run the skinnies, and on Fox 2.5 dsc (I think it's equivalent of stock Pro + Westcott kit) with Icon billet uca, the caster is pushed forward a bit, and with the bumper shims, no rubbing forward, reverse, rock crawling etc.

About 24" roughly, hard to get exact with the 0 offsets/tires poking

I am currently running 0 offset 17’s with 35x12.5. Got some plus 18’s 18” wheels and I just ordered 285/75/18. Already running a bumper spacer so hopefully that alleviates the rub! Nice truck BTW!

I have 285/65/18s with +18 offset. Love the look and will love it even more once I level it.

I think you should be OK, stock wheel is +60 ET, 1.25" spacers put its at +28 ET, if you have +18 then at lock, you will probably protrude past where mine is by around 3-5mm depend on which tire.

FYI, I had Yoko X-AT before in same size, that tire was taller at 35.1" OD, where Falken AT3W is around 34.8" OD, and I didn't rub with the Yoko.

Hope you guys can help. I have a levelled (2.25" front, stock read) 2018 OffRoad running stock 18" rims. Was set on pulling the trigger on 285\70R18 Nitto Ridge Grapplers, but then I saw this thread. Any suggestion on what size would fit best without rubbing?

285/70R18 will fit fine. 285/75R18 will work as well, and you have more options in that size. That’s what I run with a 2” level. I get minimal rubbing when off-camber off-road. 295/70R18 clears the OEM UCAs as well, but just barely.

I am currently on 35x12.5x17 on 0 offset Method 701's. I couldn't pass up on a deal from Method for some closeout 18's and I just got my 285/75/18's so this set up will be going on in the spring.

So Currently running a 275/70/18 and looking to go up to a 285/75/18 on a SCS Ray 10 which should be fine I can clear that size no problem with what I'm running. Currently Discount tire has a Duratrac's for $292 (Also $110 instant discount + $75 mail in rebate) a tire which is a killer price for that size, about $1064 with tax! Just on the fence about Duratrac's since I did used to run them on my Tacoma a few years back and they were a little noisy and that truck weighed 5k empty the way it sat, my tundra weight's 7200 empty.

I hear ya. The Duratracs got cupping on our Wrangler, even though we rotated each oil change. Makes me hesitant to buy again.

Seems like a great price for those. I would snag them. I know people that have gotten 50k out of their Duratracs. Those are a full 35" diameter as well!

I'll have to wait on another deal if I do. I didn't snag them by Sunday when that $110 was over. Was on the fence because I ran them for some time on my tacoma ans didn't like the noise too much. But wondering if there is much difference between access cab tacoma noise vs extended cab Tundra. Depending on how the sound deadening is.....

My BIL put them on his 2500 silverado. He kept them for about 25k. Driving mostly highway the noise finally got to him. They looked cool tho.

Hell I didn't even put that many on the Tacoma and got tired of the noise and I switched tires!

Thanks for all the info and pics in this thread. Chose the 285 75 18 size over the 35 12.5 and I think It looks good.
