275/70r18 vs 295/70r17?

    @UTAHRTK - Thank you sir.

    I can tell you I wish I went 1.3 but it is what it is. 285/70r17 is too small on a lifted Tundra IMO. I think the 295/70r17 would look great and probably be fine with the 0 offset wheels but I think the 305's with 0 offset wheels might be pushing it?

    Hey, how did this work out for you? im currently in the search for tires and have NOT decided if i should go with the 285 0r 295, wheels i got the MW312 17's o offset.

    I had 295/70r17 on stock suspension. 25 offset. Had to trim the OEM skid plate, lose the mud flaps and massage the liner.

    Worked great. I prefer the width on 295 vs 285. I have 6112s at about 1 3/4 inch so "leveled". I did the wheel well liner trim and left flaps on. slight rub on flaps but no worries. With drag of 0 offset, removal oof little air dam up front, and weight of tires/wheels I get about 13.5 mpgs....No considerable loss of power.
