I have a 2025 1794 and the seats were not amazing until I had perhaps 2k miles on the vehicle, at which point it improved dramatically. It seems that these are pretty sensitive to break-in, at least for my body.

I found that the vertically adjustable lumbar support was very uncomfortable on my ‘22 Platinum. The bottom was kinda firm and It felt like some part of the mechanism/motor was right in the middle of my back. The leg extender did help a bit.

I have a ‘25 Limited now and these seats fit me much better.

Seat jackers will give more adjustability. My SR5 seemed flat to me. Seat jackers made a world of difference. Had them in my 15 Tacoma too.

My God are these seats uncomfortable. I have driven around 2k miles on this 2024 Platinum Hybrid I bought late June 2025. I’ve dreamt of owning a Tundra my whole adult life and the first one I buys squeezes my hips weird and makes my ass cheeks ache. My previous 2020 Ford Expedition was a pile of rotten garbage, but the cloth seats were incredibly comfy. Anyone buy a seat cushion or have recs?

My 23 plat seats were just alright went to 25 plat and the seats are a lot more comfy even with massagers that you would think would make them less comfy. 2k miles

plus damn squeaky seats are gone!

My 24 seats have almost no give in the middle sections. If your butt is not sitting at the back of the seat you might as well be sitting on a stump.

Wow. Glad I got "stuck" with my comfortable Softex Limited seats.

    In a 1794?
1794, Platinum and Capstone all should have leather.

1794 and Captone are leather trimmed meaning the seating surface and back rest are leather, possibly the bolsters, everything else is not. Not surprising, other car makers have been doing the same for many many years. The 1794 LE, full leather, you can tell right away.

The Infiniti I drove was vinyl with a thin topping of leather, pretty bum way off touting something as leather.

It would not matter if my seat was cloth, that hardspot will still be there, it has to be seat construction related, I dont move it sitting directly on it

So your 1794 seats still aren't Softex....

They are, with some leather. End of the day, it could be cheesecloth…that seat center section is a stump.
