22x12 on 35's, tires?

HAHA! And I saw your truck on there too. I spend a lot of time on CO (to much time lol) trying to nail down what set up I wanted to go with. This is the truck I found that made me want to go with the black/chrome with 22” and 8”. And I’m so glad @Hammerdog posted pics of his rage wheels up cuz that sealed the deal for me!

 

That truck is sweet ! Not to bad mouth the owner but if I spend 3k on wheels even in my life I definitely won't be rolling on tires that less then a grand just my o2 but maybe he doesn't hardly drive it.

 

100% agree man. If I’m dropping that much on wheels I’m putting a premium tire on it.

 

I feel pretty good my tires where 300 more then the wheels but 22" tires are not cheep as you know already. I qould consider AMP tires for real i like them and I see people with them around here alot. One guy I ran into had 55k miles on his set and he was for sure he would get like 10k more out of them. Not to bad for "cheep" tires.

 

I’ll check them out for sure. You’re running the 325/50r22 AMP MT Attack, correct? I’d prefer a hybrid tire like the Atturo XT (as an alternative to more expensive Ridge graps or Toyo RTs)

 

No I have the 35 12.5 22 terrain attac they are there hybrid tire. I have also heard good things about fury tires as well. Alot of sema build trucks have those.

 

Ohhhh gotcha! Damn I didn’t realize they were that aggressive, very nice! I saw the fury hybrid tire as well. I will definitely have to do some more research between the 3 mid level price hybrid tires (Atturo XT, amp terrain, and fury rt)

 

Fury tires are nice in person as well. I also went with AMP because of the tread sides they are at like a 45° angle helped with not needing for me to trim as much.
