no you will have to run your own wiring or splice into something just like an aftermarket solution

Gotcha. Wondering if $200 is worth it just for the 'looks' if I never wire it to anything...

My amber lights for the TRD Pro Grille came in today. The holes don’t actually line up with anything, so I’m going to save install for when I take my front end apart in about a week. Planning on just tapping into the wiper fuse on the driver side for power. I added the fuse connector on there

Those lights look great, appears that your still going to have to come up with a custom mounting solution though, my guess is the Chinese grille has stand offs molded directly into the grille to mount these. Same thing for the light bar, it doesn't appear to have the mounting tabs in the same locations as oem light.

One way I could think to mount it would be to get some 1/4 in or so, plastic rod and drill a hole in one end and then cut to length, and glue/ contact cement / jb weld / plumbers cement (if you get ABS rod) to the oem grille

I might have to order some of these

once someone has them "set in place" would like to see a picture of how far back the mounting tabs of the lights go, if they aren't extremely long, could probably use the alum bar thing like i did as well

could probably use an angled piece to mount them

Got mine today too. Definitely going to need a custom mounting solution than my electrical tape lol. As ByeF150HelloTundra said, the holes dont line up to anything. At least they fill out the voids nicely.

I did order a set from Rave Offroad that came out today. So depending on when those arrive. I may just rig those up instead. Curious to see how those mount up as well.

Looks like you’ll be getting some amber light emitted behind the grille?

You have the coupon code for rave off-road? I saw he posted it but I’m not seeing his posts anymore.

Looks like a good ol’fuse tap. Pick your fuse or run a new fuse block with switches.

Are the screws that hold the camera a T6? I’m stumped. :bananadead:

my guess is the rave will attach with double sided tape on the "wing" part of it

if you wind up going with the rave and don't want the chinese ones, let me know how much you want for them

Gonna run the Chinese ones for now. Since they have the oem look. Going to attempt to install today. As long as I can figure out a easy mounting solution. Never ran a fuse tap before. So if anyone has any pointers on where specifically to tap into so that these run with the automatic daytime running lights that would be appreciated.

What is the size of the screw that holds the camera to the original mount? Nevermind question answered a few posts above.

Got everything assembled but the wiring for the front camera isnt long enough to make it to the plug. Am I missing something there?

I just unclipped it from one or two clips nearest the camera and that gave me enough slack

just so you know, putting the fender liner on the outside is incorrect when reassembling, there is a gap between the bolt holes in the plastic fender flare that it is supposed to slide into

    from your video, just FYI

Mounted the markers, was ready to take apart my front bumper but after further reading i realized I would need some DIY spacers since I have the oe light bar. Will hold off until I pick up some additional hardware to allow for AGS to fit with the oe light bar.

This isn't the best solution by any means, but it's easy and cheap. Maybe 10 bucks in materials. I tried both 3M and Velcro. Both worked, but I liked the velcro fitment better. Adhesive felt stronger, and it was easier to get them to line up straight. They're really solid and not going anywhere, and easily removable if needed. Edit: Run a small bead of super blue on the top of the plastic light housing where it meets the grill to eliminate any gap. Works great.

Going to pick up the additional hardware later this week. Planning to wire up the markers by the fuse tap method. Light bar is just for show. Not messing with that wiring mess anytime soon.

    Materials:
    -9 inch simpson strong tie
    -10lb Velcro
