Truck looks so good. I'm about to put my order in on a TRD Pro. Do you happen to have a picture that shows the stance/poke of the 0 Offset wheels?

I would love to see how it looks on your truck.

best I got right now, man.

Mind you, it’s a Pro which means my flares are about 1/2 inch wider than the standard ones.

You might get better mileage with the box turned the other way, actually.

Has anybody stealth/matte wrapped a Solar Octane? I am getting one in a month or so and thought that might look really cool. However, it's such a deep crazy color, I cant bring myself to do it.

Matte wraps add to the paint depth IMO. It accentuates the lines and deepens the contrast while highlighting the exposed areas without reflecting. I know it definitely makes Lunar Rock so much better. Even better than Cement.

Runnin4Tacos had a wrapped SO in their shop a while back:

    Hi Naddy,
I know this is an older post but do you have a picture of the truck with those 0 offset wheels where I can see the poke?
I’m getting my TRD Pro next month and want to see what 0 offset will look like.

I added the AFE tow hooks on the truck yesterday, fairly easy install. Good piece of mind having them on. And now installed, I will probably never need to use them.

Who has upgraded their Pro suspension with new coils and what did you go with? I dont want to do spacers, I just hate seeing Chevy Trail Boss' with a better stance.

Why do people think spring compressors are even necessary. You can compress and uncompress the spring using the weight of the truck and a jack. It's much safer than compressing a spring outside of the suspension where it can kill you. There are plenty of videos of this online and I've done it so many times with zero issue. All you is disconnect the top bolts and lower it out of the truck slowly.

PPF cost varies but most of it is dependent on skill of installer, type of film, and coverage packages. Expect to pay $8k-$12k for full wrap high-end film like Xpel.

Some people get a pretty massive sticker shock but the benefits to it are immeasurable. Not one rock chip, swirl, or blemish still after 17k miles. I can use those dirty pressure wash brushes and it doesn’t affect it.

I am partial to the Xpel stealth on Lunar Rock as it just looks straight pimp. it accentuates lines and softens the reflections to make the metal and finish look even deeper. I get a lot of compliments and catch even more people checking it out a lot.

I want to stealth wrap our solar octane but I dont think I can bring myself to do it. we'll likely end up with a full wrap as glossy. too much fun of a color to make matte.

But every time I see pics of your truck, it makes me want to change my mind again. it looks so damn good.

The Xpel Ultimate (gloss) PPF is just as good as stealth. Your truck will be well protected.

I recommend B&W tow and stow hitch. I use it for to tow my boat and it's super convenient.
