    thanks man. that's what i finally told myself. i'm lucky enough to work from home so its not even a huge issue for me to be down on transportation during a swap out. i have the hybrid engine, so I'm hoping that one fails less, I heard originally it wasn't part of the recall, although I don't know if that's still true.

    i been sitting on the sidelines since 2022 watching people drive these trucks just being jealous. time to jump in the deep end.

    This is where I am at. Stressing about it when it's not doing anything wrong is pointless. Lamenting over what I wish Toyota had done instead is pointless. It can be cathartic to get in a bitching session, but at some point reality has to prevail and none of that matters.

    Drive the truck you like. There is no wrong answer here.
