2025 special color

Would rather have the terra over the lime green lol

 

I wanted a voodoo tundra so bad in 2020. At the time my local dealer told me there were only 5 available in the country and the closest one was over 1000 miles away. They all sold quickly, decided not to chase it anymore. I see far more voodoo t4rs and tacos than tundras. Must have been a super limited color.

 

I’d take Terra 1000 times before those loud colours, glad Toyota gives us the choice

 

Underground

 

I agree on the black exterior being the best, but I cannot do the red interior. This is my first black vehicle and it definitely shows EVERY flaw, swirl, and scratch. I almost wish I waited on the MGM for this reason. I hope for another matte style color like cement or Lunar Rock for the next color.

 

We already have Terra. IDK how much more underground you need.

I think our trucks look best in matte colors (IMO) coming from a solar octane owner. Would love to see a variation of cavalry blue. I thought I heard that Toyota is replacing MGM with Underground.

 

Though I am partial to brighter colors. I had Speedway Blue on my Tacoma, Barcelona Red on the 4R, now Blazing Blue Pearl. If I were to go to a 3g, I'd be looking at Super Sonic.

 

Underground should replace MGM like the 4Runner. Few years back we would here special color announcements in Feb. Later and more recent years color announcement is summer time frame. It was fun when Toyota pulled colors from other models like they used to with Scion and FJ colors.

 

Those colors are not matte. They are not metallic/pearl but they are still gloss, not matte.

That is pretty sweet! Too bad it’s only offered with the short bed. Our Acura is black with the red interior.

 

Cement is a metallic color also, not matte. All of the colors mentioned are glossy

 

I used matte in the wrong context I guess. I meant flat or earthy colors.

 

Crossing fingers for a Supersonic Blue Tundra in 2025. I'm not sure why Toyota cannot create a vibrant blue to equal the vibrancy (I know, probably not a word lol) of Supersonic Red. Blasphemy here I know, but if Ford and GM can create\formulate beautiful blue pearl metallic colors, I want to believe Toyota has that ability too. Come on Toyota, just repeat to yourself, "I think I can, I think I can,....

That color is Mudbath, not an old color (Quicksand).

 

Ok, I’ll say it. Mudbath is a terrible name for a color. I don’t hate the color though.

Yeaaa best Pro color since AG was the Pro color in 2020. At least imo.

 

We have Supersonic Red, and it looks great. Beautiful, brilliant, three stage red. For us customers who are fans of blue, how about offering a Supersonic Blue option? Unfortunately, there is no "REAL" blue option for the current gen Tundra. And no, blueprint ink or whatever its called, IS NOT BLUE! It's black with a hint of blue mica intermixed. Please, Toyota, give us SUPERSONIC BLUE option.

I have so wanted to replace my 19 Tacoma in quicksand since I sold it. If the 2025 color Mud bath then I am 100% getting it. Although I would wait for 2026 and grab it as an SR5 Premium with TRD OR pkg. Dont need to pay $70K for the pro to get Mud bath.

 

I sold my '20 quicksand taco for the '23 lunar rock tundra. I'll be real quick to get back in that color. Might bite for the '25 if there's some worthwhile new feature(s) with the TRD pro, but probably will hold off for '26+ when it becomes available on other trims.

 

Yeah I agree. When I saw the 4Runner release videos I was digging the color, then they announced the color name, like wtf.
