    I think it’s speed to be honest. I don’t know how anyone can drive sub 70 or even 70 on the interstates. I don’t drive crazy fast but even doing 75 (which is 5 over in Tennessee) has yet to yield me anything better than 19.4 mpg. My truck is still breaking in so maybe that will improve. But for a 6000 pound vehicle I consider that a win.

    My non-hybrid Tundra's MPG nose dives above 68MPH and around town. The majority of my last trip was 60 to 65MPH, posted speed limits, lots of construction with lower speeds, but not stop and go.

    Heading from Harrisburg, PA to Nags Head NC. Got exactly 23mpg from Harrisburg to Williamsburg Virginia. Stayed between 70 -75 MPH the whole trip. 2024 Platinum
