    Honestly, I absolutely agree that this system sucks! What is the purpose of the large speaker behind the rear driver side seat if it’s not a subwoofer? Mine came blown from the factory and only took 4 diag appts and I think I was happier w the sound when it was blown! ‍♀️

    That speaker behind the driver side rear seat on JBL systems is the subwoofer, not sure what you been told otherwise. And imo, it sucked.

    I have a carista plug in that goes in the diagnostic port and with the phone app I can silence many sounds related to just about everything. I disabled the seat belt notification sound cause its way too loud and its mire convenient for me. Fyi
