2023 TRD Pro - Passenger side DRL out but turn signal works

2023 Tundra TRD Pro - White

2023 Tundra TRD Pro

The passenger daytime running light (DRL) does not light up while the driver's side DRL is fine. However, the turn signal which appears to use the same lighting unit works on both driver and passenger side. The normal operation APPEARS to just change the color of the light in the same light casing so I assume it isn't a power issue.

Anybody run into this or have some ideas before I give up and take it to the dealership?
