You have both a 2016 and a 2019 rebel? That is a great price for a 2016 ram. Anyone thinking of selling should do soon because I see prices starting to back down closer to normal in the near future as well as new truck prices increasing.

Just left the service/parts area of my Toyota dealer. They said nothing has been released. Only rumors of it being a hybrid.

If the car and driver report is accurate...which could be...it looks like to me the New tundra will be unveiled this year, but not available to purchase till sometime in 2022. The EV will be on lots this years.

I don't agree at all. I drive on snow and ice basically every single day from November - May starting at 4k feet and going up to about 7k feet. I run up and down switchbacks next to 10' snow walls that keep areas shaded and constantly icy, tight hairpins on hills. No salt at all, and they use sand only sparingly when it's absolutely essential. I've only had my Tundra for two months, but I've been very happy with the stock tires performance so far. I wouldn't expect anything better without going to a dedicated snow tire.

    You just wait
I agree. All my vehicles I have always run dedicated winters but I bought my truck during winter and haven't purchased any winter tires yet so I'm rocking the stock LTX AT2's and they do pretty decent. I will still eventually go with some winter tires but for now they do just fine.

That explains it. I have Defender H/Ts, not LTX AT2s.

This makes sense the Sienna is spot on for fall of 2020 and the all new crossover for 2020 was the venza. Also to add the new CUV for Q3 would be the corolla cross sport.

Well Q4 of 2021 would be OCT, this is when it will actually be released for purchase. So we should actually see the reveal im guessing in a month or two.

It may have been but with the other models in that timeline it is spot on.

Given the global situation over the last year or so, I’m going to look at this as a best-case scenario. Hope they’re still on track for Q4 this year, but I wouldn’t be surprised if they’re behind.

Yeah, with everything that has happened I see this getting pushed back. A year ago I bet they were lining up for a Chicago Auto Show debut and a November/December for it to be on dealer lots. Then the pandemic hit so the reveal has gone back to being up in the air - how can they now get similar media exposure like they would normally; bet it's between a Ford style online reveal or do they try to invite media to an outdoor event which would push the reveal to May or June likely. Then the semi-conductor issue has killed production so now is the production date going to change? They should be able to still get back on schedule but if it affects production and tooling changeovers for a while longer then it could be into 2022 before it's on the lots.

And all of that is assuming they haven't just decided to push the whole timeline back 8 months to a year. That would be roughly Chicago Auto Show next year for reveal, next summer for available for purchase.

This will only effect the current model of 21, I was getting a oil change at the dealer my last free one :( , while waiting I was looking around and asked if you could order a tundra and they said no. They only have the ability to trade\secure from other dealerships. So Im wondering if production for the 21 is pretty much stopping to retool the factory for the 22 model. I still think there has to be something Toyota has in the works for revealing the 2022 models.....there is no info on any of their lineup even for Lexus 2022 models.

Didn’t say they were retooling the factory today, but if the 2022 is coming they will have to retool SOON!

    Yes, that's probably correct.

Feeling even better about having bought a 2021, one of the last with the V8.

I can't find the link, but over the weekend I was watching some of the v loggers on YouTube and one who seems to be pretty connected was saying that the new Tundra will have three power trains.
    1. Carried over and improved 5.7 v8
    2. Partial hybrid assist twin turbo v6 3. Full hybrid twin turbo v6

If I remember right the video was dated last October of course that's wishful thinking and speculation will be interesting to see how things develop.

I dont think its in the toyotas best interests to push things back, you dont realize all the "retooling" that has to be done not only for Toyota but for its suppliers, all the man hours and planning a year or more in advance. plus your trying to plan for other programs/new vehicles coming in too as a supplier of multiple companies. Not saying it doesn't happen, things change constantly.
