spend a little more than 3k with @dirtydeeds and get some long tube headers and a 3in dual exhaust while keeping 2 of your cats. 5.7 will increase by 49hp and 89tq. then the 5.7 will be rated at 430 hp and 490 tq. gains will be throughout the entire powerband. kick the ttv6 in the ass. you are welcome

I can assure you that I will be driving my 2021 Tundra for many years down the road, there is no way I would trade my truck for a new one.

My wife left her 2007 4runner parked at the ATL airport lot for 4-5 days in June 2010. The rubber gasket hatch button thing was melted to goo when we opened the hatch on day 5. Maybe it was a fluke and the materials are better now but I was not happy to clean all that stuff off a 2 year old vehicle.

That's hilarious! So the 3.5 TT isn't much better than the 5.7 unless you use premium fuel? If so, there is your mpg savings down the toilet.

Are we sure the premium fuel disclaimer isn't a typo from the LC300 platform?

I'm also following the new Z, and Nissan made a typo with the engine displacement, they stated 3042cc when we were all expecting 2997cc. Turns out Nissan actually did make a typo.

    Not liking the black wheels.
I'd like to have an option for something that doesn't look like budget car lot murdered out Chrysler 300.

WTF with the black wheels fascination these days?

So the grills worried me in the looks department and I have had this thought that if the surround was color matched it would look so much better. SO I WASTED 10 MINS of my life to see how that looks and I was right. I think a limited with a leveling kit and a quick vinyl wrap of the grill surround makes the world of a difference what do you all think? (VERY ROUGH EDIT)

Does anyone else think that all of these threads on the 2022 need to have their own forum? So many new threads are being created bc noone uses the search function lol.

We carry a 2kW LP powered generator RV'ing. Yamaha Yamaha EF2000iSv2 2000 Watt Inverter Generator (yamahagenerators.com)

It's one hand moving it around, converted to propane so we use the extra LP tanks for the trailer furnace/fridge for the gen also. We carry four extra 20lb LP tanks and stay offgrid for a week. I've never found solar does much unless you have a huge array. Gen keeps the furnace going through long 15 degree nights, keeps our phones, batteries and laptops charged. Goes about 36 hours on one 20lb LP tank.

Makes it better, but still can't hide that awful grille. I was really hoping it would not look like that. Same as Lexus, those huge grilles ruined it for me. Such awesome automobiles, with overdone fascia. That's just me though

Reminds of the Ford folks upgrading to the STX and Tremor grille. But they can’t upgrade to the Raptor grille because it’s $1400 lol

It has the TRD sport which has a lowered front suspension and on 20s, thats what they showed at the premiere. But you can get the off road package but it comes in 18in Wheels..

I'm not a fan of 20'' wheels. Those get you street tires.

The SR5 is the only trim that gets 18" with the TRD off-road package, all the other trims get 20"

I might go to the dealer tomorrow and see if I can spec one out for order. If I find anything out I'll report back.

Maybe they'll do like GM and block you from putting the lift on certain trims.

well if you figured at 19mpg @ 32gals that roughly 608 miles per tank (if you could actually use all 32gals)

    if we went 17mpg @ 32gals = 547 miles tank.

right now my 18 platinum with 38 gals maxes out at rouhgly 500 miles with the reserve light coming on when driving highway only across the country (1700miles 1 way to see mom)
