Yes, please. I don't have enough money to help that Nigerian prince who's been emailing me but maybe you do.

There was a statement a long while back that showed the current generation is still considered by Toyota a Gen 2 with a refresh. It basically is similar to the 5th Gen 4Runner getting a facelift in 14' and more updates in the last few years. All the running gear and underpinnings are the same. It's easier to delineate on a forum the 14' and up as 3rd Gen. Although, on the 4R forums they refer to the pre facelift models as OG 5th gens.

i also only drive 6-7k a year on average. Helps when you live close to work and hobbies. I always figure a new Toyota will be paid off in 4-5 years and last as long as I want. My current Tacoma is 15 years old with 160k. First two years of its life someone put 56k on it.

Not sure what it will entail but in for a 2023-2025 cobalt model :)

Made from a highly durable alloy, cobalt is four times harder than platinum while at the same time, less dense. Because of its natural hardness, cobalt jewelry is extremely scratch, chip and corrosion-resistant. Similar to platinum in color, cobalt does not require rhodium plating and does not tarnish. ...

I’ve heard people say that, but haven’t seen that article anywhere. We’ll see what Toyota says and change what we need to if we need to.

The frames have not had "major rusting problem for 30 years". They had about one generation that sucked and the frames were made by Dana Corp. An American company. Toyota screwed up how they handled it and ended up paying for it. The issue is resolved and has been for a while. Owners responsibility to monitor their frames and take care of things.

The Allen drain plugs are awesome and have never had one issue with them. How can you have any issues with an Allen head??? Are you using an actual Allen wrench(that would be horrible) or using a proper tool for the job, an Allen socket?

Back 2 the new Tundra, is there a reason we have only seen a crewmax version? All the spyshots and what toyota has shown, only crewmax, hmm.

Need to develop a turbo timer kit for this new model. Turbos will last quite a while with that installed.

Im not sure how Toyota will handle it but Ford's turbos are water cooled and it automatically circulates water until the turbos have reached the target temp after the vehicle has been turned off.
