Not a fan of that side shot. Hopefully it's just the angle, but the front overhang seems way too big and I hate the look of the back of the gladiators cab and this reminds me of it.

It’s far more likely it say “Powered by Leprechaun Farts” than anything diesel related.

    Nope.

Unrelated: I see they stole the rear window notch directly from GM.

Does seem extreme. I'm guessing if I was standing next to one though I'd be drooling.

No they went 6 lug for increased towing and payload.

Why bother doing some tarted up wheels and tires for the TRD Pro?

Guys who don’t give a rat’s ass will run the stock setup regardless (me) unless they are dangerous or don’t last. Guys like you, who want bigger/different wheels or bigger more aggressive tires immediately ditch what is stock no matter what it happens to be.

This leaked photo looks more fire engine red than inferno red/orange. Voodoo Blue is indeed the best color in the Pro!

It wouldn't be the first time I saw a picture of a truck and didn't like it and then saw it in person and it was fine.

So my first gen Tundra with a 4.7L V8 and 6x139.7 lugs has more towing/payload than the current 5.7L with 5x150?...by your logic.

that black painted A pillar reminds me of the Range Rover color schemes. This truck looks sick though.
All that badge says is TRDPro and nothing more. That's the same design as the GM HD trucks

The Crewmax has had that notch since 2007 (before GM). It's just a sharper angle now.

Any shots of the rear glass? Hope they kept the roll down rear window with the new cab.

Liking this truck a lot. Curious to see what all the powertrain options will be

I don’t know…… sure looks like inferno to me. Guess we’ll have to see. Honestly don’t mind that lime green that they are using on the taco. Obviously I like a lot of color in my life.

    • Why no Interior pictures
    • Anybody else notices the badge on the left side hood.
    • Every time I focus on the grill seems to remind me of Ram 2500 Grill.
    • I think the color is Inferno alike and not Red as it may seem. That Vizio monitor is not doing justice.

So Toyota released a prototype to dealers today and not a production ready truck? That seems odd.

    Maybe maybe not.

Depends on what generation of prototype it is. At this stage most prototypes should be pretty much 99% production grade vehicles.
