Good point with the intercooler exchagers and such. Those things add up. Plus, who really know what space the turbo/ev-hybrid system entails or requires for additional space. We know the batteries go under the rear seat, but everything else needs a home too I guess. Just seems backwards to be building a bigger truck to get less room. I agree that there is an enormous amount of unnecessary room in the rear seats of a CM. Shave 2" of rear seat room and the truck fits in a 80% of garages, add 2" of intercoolers and we end up with $70k sitting outside all year. I'm not complaining as neither would fit in my garage so it mostly just wondering out loud. Lol

Interesting that the bed width measurements are so different between the 2021 & 2022. Especially interesting because people are saying the 2021 bed covers work just fine on the 2022s. Is the bed "width" from inside the bed cap to the other inside or is outer to outer? If it's outer to outer, then I guess it would make sense. If it's inner to inner, then I don't see how the old covers fit the new beds.

Your seeing the big difference in the area past the wheel well, that’s flat now instead of “dented “ in .

Sorry to resurrect this old thread. Don't have the truck yet and looking for an answer to the height question. Does the 78" height include the radio fin?

    Thanks!

My Limited measures 78” to the top of the antenna fin. Measured from my garage floor with a level on the fin.

Awesome, thanks! It will fit in the garage with 2 inches to spare.
