Well 3k miles into the new engine and burned off more than two quarts of oil. Did a consumption test for the next 1400 miles and burned off a quart and half. Back at the dealership getting looked at....stay tuned.

The first engine was replaced under warranty because the recall had not been set into motion. They ordered parts and built it in the dealership.
