Besides the badge on the tailgate, what’s the difference between the TRD OFF-ROAD and the SR5. Is it just the shocks?

No. Go to Toyota.com, build an SR5 Tundra, and when you get to the packages, you’ll see what each one includes. There are different levels of each package and combinations of packages.

I doubt Toyota has changed what the TRD, premium, and SR5 upgrade packages include from 2022 to now (2024)

The SR5 is a trim level. The TRD Off Road is a package you can add to certain trim levels. My SR5 has the TRD Off Road package. The Toyota website will tell you what the package includes. It's mainly shocks, different wheels/tires, different front grill, rear locker, and no front spoiler.

OP, the basic off road upgrades that the TRD brings are a rear diff locker, a few off-road multi terrain settings, crawl control, and the off-road tuned suspension. Welcome to the forum!
