2022 Limited just bought

    Hi all,
    I bought this 2022 to replace my 2008 which was totaled in a traffic accident. I like it a lot but I'm still learning all the new gadgets.

    The one gadget that frustrates me is the sliding tray on the center console lid...it locked and won't slide anymore! I can't find any unlock button or position to lift/depress to make it slide again. I can press the buttons to lift the whole center console lift without a problem but I want to make that tray slide again so I can reach into the storage space without having to lift the whole lid.

    Any suggestions? Or is the tray FOREVER locked!!!

    I bet your 2022 is way different in a positive way. As for the tray just take it back to the dealership. I have heard on here that some individuals had problems and Toyota replaced the center console lid’s.
