Great customer service as well. UPS had some "fun" with my boxes and UpTop made it right w/o even questioning it and sent me replacements. I do like the looks of the retrax one a few posts back but I was set on the diamond back once I got my tundra.

Thanks for the info, any chance you can post more pics, like one where the rear panel is open?

After much waffling, I went with the Leitner ACS Forged on my truck. Best option for me to increase secure storage with my DECKED drawer system taking up half the bed height and still be able to haul the occasional tall item.

I can confirm that the Leitner system does not interfere with the digital rearview nor the bed camera. Both are able to ‘see’ under the front crossbar and even with GearPods on both sides, the bed camera is still quite useful.

Any chance you'd post pics of your setup, and the view of the rear camera? I'm considering the same setup for myself.

This is super helpful! Can we get a database started here? If you have a bed rack and the digital RVM, can you post a picture of the mirror view and stats on what rack you have, brand height mount method etc? I know personally trying to research this it's slightly overwhelming. I'm sure I'm overthinking/over researching now but...pics always help.

To my knowledge, there’s only 2 bed-racks that will clear the camera.. Leitner and UpTop. I don’t have a rear camera but it should clear the view.

That's what it looks like to me too. Looks like the CBI roof rack height might clear also...I do like that I can convert the upTop or Leitner for a tonneau cover later if I wanted to..

Looking at the KB VRS system (not sure on height) want it mostly for use with a 4 person RTT. Has anyone used that rail system with the revolver x4s tonneau? As well putting racks on, can the new tundra truck bed itself handle all the weight these racks are rated for?

@KB Voodoo 22” rack clears the camera. I opted for the cargo tray which gives me 5’ of additional pull out storage, idk if any other racks offer that? I like how Modular they make their designs.

That one has definitely been in the running for consideration. I assume it’s easy to either add a tonneau later, or change the feet/mount if you wanted to correct? It was a little hard to tell on the website.

KB Voodoo racks can add the tonneau brackets later if you want. The sides are adjustable if you change your set up. I have the ProMax and they just added a new series which has some cool options like a lateral slide out

I have the high UpTop bed rack on a RETRAX cover and the digital rear view mirror is as clear as it can be.

I have the UpTop rack on my Diamondback HD cover too. Installation was “interesting”, but worth the hassle.

    No one:

Me: my rack and tent come off my truck in 5 minutes. With the KB Voodoo tonneau brackets I unbolt four corners and use my hoist to lift it off and get my daily driver back.

The instructions were generic, vague and in my opinion, not in the correct order for installation on the Diamondback cover. It took much longer to assemble and install than it should have. I’ve installed several accessories on vehicles over the years, including a Decked storage system, and this was the most difficult.

Haha my rack, gear lockers, cargo tray are all aluminum as well. But when you lift all that with an iKamper, 270 awning, and 3 full Rotopax still attached to the rack as one unit it isn’t light. My five minutes means ALL my gear at once ;)

What specific rack did you get? Between the Voodoo and MAX modular and all their options it's a little hard to sort through....

@23LUNATRD Also has our Upper Deck Cargo Tray, which makes the rack look a lot taller.

This video from Leitner states that the manual style grooved covers that have the pop up latch as shown in the images below will interfere with the GearPOD on the drivers side. Has anyone attempted to mechanically fix the latch in a position that is low enough to clear a GearPOD and confirm the cover still slides correctly? I'm thinking this could be accomplished by adding a toggleable limiter to the right side of the pop up latch that the exterior latch cover would hit and prevent it from opening all the way.
