Looking to go with a wheel upgrade on my stock 2021 4WD CrewMax Tundra as well as add All Terrain tires. I like the look of a little more sidewall so want to go 17” wheels. Any suggestion for tire size? Stock is 255/70/18, I was thinking 275/70/17 would be closest. Appreciate any feedback. Pictures welcomed if you have a similar setup

Are you looking to increase the tire size to “fill out the wheel well” some? Or keep it approximately stock?

305/70r17 is a 33.6x12” tire and has some good AT options. Guys fit 275/70r18 all the time without suspension mods and that’s pretty close (33.2x10.8”). The wider tire of the 305 might require some trimming and/or fender liner mods.

play around with this calculator and see what you want to do:

    Too many, but not enough....
Covered meany times, not many wheel choices for us in 17. Most seem to go with Icon or Method. The main issue with 17s is the offsets are usually around the 0 range. I think Icon makes the "ideal" set for us in the 25mm zone.
