What was your discount off MSRP? Taxes and fees vary so much state-to-state.

MSRP stayed the same. The dealership ate the taxes and Hard bed cover and spray in bed liner.

Hi there, anyone knows where to get a 2021 Lunar Rock at MSRP? I don't mind getting it shipped. If it's in the West would be great! Thank you!

I went to aurotrader.com and limited to new, Toyota Tundra, TRD Pro, 2021, keyword lunar.

there are 7 lunar pros within 90001 los Angelas, CA. Not sure where you are located? All seem to be MSRP, the couple with pictures are crew cabs, but you might want to call about the other ones.

Thank you! I called a few of them, listing price doesn't equal to the actual asking price. They are asking for 10k over. Some of them said 5k but asking for credit app right away, smells like a game.

If possible try a different state and definitely get pre approved for $60k by your bank.

try dallas, tx and houston, tx dealers, i have seen couple of lunar rocks in stock during my search. and most of dealers are not going above msrp and may even come a bit lower or throw in some goodies to sweeten the deal its all about emailing back and forth with what others are offering you on same specs with their internet sales dept. thats how i finalized my deal in 3 weeks without even stepping foot in door or talking to anyone over the phone. Good luck searching.

@lamborarri good luck man. Took me 3 months to find mine. I first tried cars.com, autotrader.com and cargurus.com, no luck there. I live in VA and I called ALL toyota dealerships along the east coast and towards mid west. I just did a google search and typed toyota dealers in "state" and just started calling everybody.

Just picked up a 2021 TRD Pro Crewmax in Superwhite at MSRP, paid $62k OTD...

I live in Northern CA and got super lucky, I wasn't really even searching for a TRD Pro. One of the dealers called me asking about which Tundra trim I was looking for and mentioned they just got a TRD Pro Tundra delivered. I was the first one to test drive it with 1 mi on the odometer. They wouldn't budge on price but were only asking MSRP with no extra dealer add-ons other than bed liner. Seemed like a great deal considering the low inventory levels and high demand for the Pro. I also called a few other dealers (looking for other colors) asking if they would sell a Pro at MSRP and was told they only sell them with dealer mark up. Told them I'll look elsewhere.

Congrats on the new truck.. Its the same one I bought back in June here in NJ.. White with no dealer add ons (except the bed mat). I was around 58k out the door with no trade in.. I think our taxes and fees are lower here in NJ then CA, but no sure.. Interesting comment about the being the first to drive it.. I was the first to test drive mine with 3miles on it.. When I got to the traffic light, there was smoke coming from the back of the truck.. Just the oil burning off the exhaust.. Scared me a first.. LOL..

I’ve seen so few pros in NJ it’s wild. I traveled out of state to get mine and paid MSRP. Nice looking pro!

I had no issues ordering with Bud Clary in Yakima WA, ask for Joeseph. Great guy to work with. If you do, let him know Chris O. referred you. No mark ups, will order to your specs.

Peterson were nice but fed me the line that all dealers are charging a markup. They were willing to search the entire US and ship for me, but there would be a few grand tacked on.

Every Pro that I have seen in Montana... since Sep 2019 lists at MSRP. They will not budge. However there is no mark up. In Helena, MT...they ahve a TRDPRO Lunar coming in at the end of Nov. I already ordered my Limited and have already paid for mods to be added. However i you want MSRP...contact any Toyota dealership in Montana...and you will get it for MSRP. I only know this because I played with the idea for a year...

There have been a few people here that got their PRO for under MSRP, but those are the lucky ones. Especially this time of year when the '21s are hitting the lots in very limited numbers.

If you have something to trade, dealerships might give you over market to help get the sale. They're cooking the books for their bonus, but it all pays the same on our end. That's what happened in my case.
