Is the truck wired for Rear Cross Traffic Alert and Blind Spot Monitoring so that all you have to do is add the sensors??

My 2020 TRD off road has them so I’m sure the Pro does. it’s just a setting you have to turn on through the dash menu (speedometer menu) for the sensors to work

Read your Monroney sticker, better known as the window sticker. It should tell you if you have these options or not. My 19 PRO does not have RCTA or BSM. At that price point it seems a bit strange, but the PRO is pretty much an SR5 with a Bad Ass suspension, perfectly tuned dual exhaust and a sexy TRD skid plate. I like it for it's Minimalist Approach.

    Short answer....no.

if you don’t have it, you would need to buy all the hard components and wiring to retrofit it, then reprogram the ecu to recognize them so they function

That's why you buy a Platinum and bolt on the PRO parts. You cannot do the reverse without major PITA

...or skip the pro parts and add the suspension you want

I looked at the Platinum. Way too much chrome and bling. I prefer the PRO any day of the week.

That’s what I was wondering. If the harness was there, look like the sensors are not to expensive

Didn’t won’t the MC, I got the DC with the longer bed, love the truck, just wanted to know if I picked up the sensors if it would plug and play.

I personally like the DC better too.
It's too bad that Toyota doesn't "pre-wire" for all of the features, and WE can just pick and choose the amenities.
