Dude!!! I have a GFC on order as well. Build date is supposed to be August. Did you get the V2 camper? I have a 270 awning on order as well, but from OVS. Now I'm REALLY interested in seeing the updated photos.

I got the V1 and I drove to Montana to pick it up last October, a great road trip and I highly recommend doing a guided fishing trip with "Montana Troutfitters" down the Madison River!

Truck looks great! Wondering how much lift you got from the kings/Dakar’s?

What made you go with a king setup vs just running a westcott designs lift? I have the same truck and looking to run the same bumper but with the factory fox suspension. Is there anything I should be worried about? Will it sag the front too much? I know you have 700lb spring to help counteract that. Is there anything you can do to help with the factory fox suspension. I’ll already be running the westcott designs lift.

I have this same front set up and have almost 2” of sag on the front factory Fox suspension, which for you, will negate pretty much all of the 1.5” lift the Westcott kit provides. This is assuming you also install a winch and some lights.

Aftermarket coilovers are pretty much a must unless you don’t mind having the sag. I researched everywhere and found that there’s no vendor out there providing any options for a 700# spring for the factory Fox suspension, u less you go to custom route. Draco Racing said they’ll do them for 300-400 per spring, but you might as well go aftermarket at that point to get better performance and adjustability.

Do the aftermarket options provide any extra lift over what the stock trd pro suspension does? I know they say 1”-2.5” of lift but the pro is already leveled so does that mean you would only get like a max of 1” lift?

The difference is that you’ll be able to get a heavier spring rate since there are no options for the factory fox so that you could maintain the lift without sag. I opted to add adjusters on my coilovers so I could adjust settings for different terrain. But yes, lift will still be roughly 3” max. Anything above that will require UCAs and a diff drop at the very least.

Are you running anything else in the front other than the kings or do you just have them maxed out at 3” of lift?

Great looking truck. Im wanting to do something very similar.
